It’s summer and we’re in the mood for a cruise – are you?
First things first – which cruise line? There are many to choose from – including Disney Cruise Lines (not just for kids, guys), Carnival Cruise Lines, and Royal Caribbean to name a few.
The Disney Cruise Line is one of the most well-known and sought after cruise lines for family vacations. If you are interested in scheduling a Disney cruise, you’ll be interested to know there are two new ships in the line – the Disney Dream to set sail in 2011 and the Disney Fantasy to hit the high seas in 2012. These add to the existing ships of the line, Disney Magic and Disney Wonder. Each ship has onboard Disney characters and beautiful décor. The main differences between the ships are the character statues found onboard.
Carnival Cruise Lines is well-known among frequent travelers. They offer a wide range of cruises – the main theme, however, seems to be on “fun” cruises. When researching Carnival Cruise Lines, you will see that they have over 20 “fun” ships. These ships target cruise goers who are interested in partying, socializing and having an adventure on the water. These popular cruise ships include the Fantasy, Ecstasy, Celebration Fascination, and Sensation. We must not forget to pack up those tankini swimming suits before climbing onboard.
Not a party animal? Maybe Royal Caribbean is more your speed, mate. It’s one of the most well-known cruise lines in the world. They are famous for their international cruises. Just a few of their many cruise ships include Adventure of the Seas, Brilliance of the Seas, Jewel of the Seas, and Navigator of the Seas. With twenty-one cruise ships to choose from, we should find one to our liking, eh?
